NATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR
Build the revenue engine. Shape the strategy. Grow with what you create. We are seeking a National Sales Director to help develop and lead the sales and revenue strategy across our growing portfolio of businesses. This is not a traditional National Sales Director role—and we are not necessarily looking for someone who has already spent 15 years in executive sales leadership. We are looking for someone with ambition , intelligence, an entrepreneurial mindset, competitive drive, and resilience to grow into the role while helping us grow our businesses.
THE OPPORTUNITY CBRF
Holdings operates and supports multiple businesses and revenue-generating ventures, including SaaS hiring solutions, consulting services, commercial and trade services, and other entrepreneurial initiatives. Your responsibility will be to help answer one central question across all of them: How do we grow? You will work closely with leadership to establish sales strategies, revenue goals, target markets, prospecting approaches, performance measures, and growth priorities across businesses that may have very different customers and sales cycles. This is a builder's role . You will not inherit a mature sales organization with an established playbook. You will help create the playbook. And in the beginning, you must be willing to do both the strategic thinking and the hands-on work necessary to turn strategy into revenue.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
As National Sales Director, you will help: Develop sales and revenue strategies across multiple businesses, products, and services. Establish revenue goals, performance metrics, sales priorities, and growth targets. Identify the markets, customers, accounts, and opportunities with the greatest potential. Develop prospecting, lead-generation, outreach, and business-development strategies. Personally participate in selling and business development while new revenue channels are being built. Refine sales messaging, presentations, proposals, scripts, and value propositions. Establish effective CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales-reporting practices. Analyze results and continually improve what is—and is not—working. Coordinate sales and marketing activities. Research competitors, markets, partnerships, and new business opportunities. Build relationships with executives, business owners, HR leaders, commercial customers, and strategic partners. Identify cross-selling opportunities among our businesses. Create repeatable sales systems that can eventually support and guide a growing sales team. Help recruit and lead future sales professionals as growth justifies expansion. Ultimately, we want you to become the person leadership can ask: "How are we going to grow this business?" —and know you have a thoughtful plan for making it happen.
WHO WILL THRIVE HERE?
We care less about whether you have already held the title National Sales Director than whether you have the potential to grow into what the title represents. Recent graduates and early-career professionals with exceptional potential are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone who is: Ambitious — You want responsibility, opportunity, and the chance to prove yourself. Entrepreneurial — You are excited by building something that does not yet exist. Comfortable with calculated risk — Uncertainty does not automatically cause you to retreat. Competitive — Goals, progress, and results matter to you. Resourceful — Your instinct is to solve problems rather than wait for instructions. Self-directed — You take initiative and act with urgency. Persistent — Setbacks cause you to adjust and keep going. Curious — You want to understand customers, markets, competitors, and opportunities. Persuasive — You enjoy communicating ideas, building relationships, and creating value. Accountable — You are comfortable having your performance measured. Hungry to learn — You may not know everything yet, but you learn quickly. Most importantly, you have a builder's mentality .
THIS ROLE MAY BE FOR YOU
IF... You don't want to spend the first several years of your career waiting for someone to give you meaningful responsibility. You would rather help make important business decisions than watch them being made several organizational levels above you. You find the idea of helping to grow several different businesses fascinating. You believe work invested today can create substantially greater opportunities tomorrow. You want to look back several years from now and say: "I helped build that."
THIS ROLE IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU
IF... You primarily want the predictability of a large, established company. You need every process, answer, and responsibility clearly defined before you begin. You are uncomfortable with uncertainty, rejection, experimentation, or occasional failure. You want to manage salespeople but are unwilling to personally help create revenue. Or you expect substantial executive compensation before demonstrating executive-level results. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity—not a traditional corporate executive position.
QUALIFICATIONS
We intentionally do not require a traditional National Sales Director résumé.
We value:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, experience, or demonstrated ability. Strong interest in sales, entrepreneurship, business development, marketing, or business strategy. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong research, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Confidence communicating with professionals and senior business leaders. Initiative, persistence, accountability, and willingness to work independently. Desire to build a meaningful career in revenue leadership, sales, business development, or entrepreneurship. Ability and willingness to continually learn new industries, customers, products, and sales approaches. Experience with SaaS, recruiting, HR technology, assessments, HCM, ATS platforms, commercial services, marketing technology, or CRM systems is helpful—but not required. Potential matters here.
COMPENSATION & THE ENTREPRENEURIAL TRADE-OFF
We want to be transparent about this opportunity. This role is intended for someone who values long-term opportunity, responsibility, professional growth, and performance upside more than maximizing guaranteed compensation immediately. Initial compensation will be weighted toward performance and revenue generation, with the expectation that compensation, responsibility, and financial opportunity will grow as the businesses—and the value you help create—grow. We are looking for someone willing to make an entrepreneurial trade: Build value first. Participate more meaningfully in the rewards that follow. We will discuss specific compensation, incentives, milestones, and progression transparently during the interview process.

Our businesses and revenue-generating ventures help create sustainable organizations while advancing that broader mission.
ONE FINAL THOUGHT
You do not need to have everything figured out yet. What matters is whether you are curious enough to learn, ambitious enough to try, resilient enough to fail occasionally, competitive enough to improve, and courageous enough to pursue an opportunity before the outcome is guaranteed. Some people want to join successful companies. Others want the opportunity to help build one. If you believe you are the second kind of person, we'd like to hear from you.
