Job Description
Regional Director of Trust and Advisory Services If you're a proven Trust or Wealth Management leader who gets just as excited about winning new business as you do developing great people, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. Our client is looking for a Regional Director to lead a team of five, manage key client relationships, and most importantly, help drive significant growth across the region. This is a true player-coach role: you'll lead from the front, build relationships with
HNW/UHNW
clients and Centers of Influence, develop new business, and help your team become even better at doing the same. The organization has ambitious growth objectives, so this isn't a "keep the lights on" leadership position, you'll have a genuine opportunity to shape the market, grow the business, and make your mark. If building a book of business, expanding referral relationships, and turning strategy into measurable results is what makes you tick, you'll have plenty of runway here. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate across Private Banking, Investment Management, Wealth Planning, and Fiduciary teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. And yes, you'll be leading a team, but you'll still have your hands in the business, because the best leaders know you can't coach from the sidelines forever. The role offers a unique hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in Green Bay, and the remaining 2 days at a location nearest to you, so candidates should live within a 1 hour commute. If you're ready to take an already strong trust and advisory business and help make it significantly bigger, I'd love to have a confidential conversation with you.
