What You'll Do:

• Lead commercial and residential roofing/restoration sales
• Personally develop and close high-value commercial opportunities
• Drive residential production within your local market
• Recruit, train and develop sales consultants
• Coach your team through prospecting, inspections, presentations and closing
• Build relationships with commercial property owners and decision-makers
• Help expand VI-A into new markets nationally
• Lead from the front through personal and team production

• Roofing or restoration sales

• Storm restoration
• Sales management or regional leadership
• Recruiting and developing sales teams

Compensation:

Target earnings: $200,000-$300,000+
