Summary :
: Responsible for establishing and implementing strategic and tactical communications plans designed to capitalize on market opportunities and generate demand. Build a creative, integrated, multi-channel Marketing Department with our sales managers that build brand awareness and reputation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following:
  • Increasing sales through the distribution network by: Adding distributors or replacing under-producing distributors, recommending changes to the existing distribution model when appropriate to capture growth opportunities while maintaining existing distributor sales.
  • Grow or penetrate other existing markets defined for Fiber Bond & Blocksom.
  • Develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan.
  • Execute integrated advertising, public relations, tradeshows and other campaigns to generate demand & sales leads. Be accountable for measuring and reporting on campaign results.
  • Direct market research to identify target customers, competitors, and industry trends, translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, actively seeking new opportunities for business expansion.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with the Product Development team to understand and execute customer requests for non-standard or custom versions of products.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape for the HVAC and finishing filtration markets providing strategic direction and intelligent decision making.
  • Manage and motivate Sales Managers and support their efforts to increase sales through our distribution network. Manage incentives and evaluates job performances. Foster teamwork throughout the organization.
  • Prevent unsafe acts or conditions in the work place.
  • Ability to perform all essential functions for full scheduled day (typically 8 hours). Required Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience :
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
  • At least 10 years of related sales and marketing experience required, with prior supervisory/ management experience highly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the air filtration/HVAC industry
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
