Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive our business in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology sales, with proven experience in management and business development. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies. Duties Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with overall business objectives. Our product portfolio includes- Lubricant Oil Additives, Additive packages, Epoxy paints and coatings Drive outside sales initiatives and foster relationships with key clients. Oversee B2B sales processes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns. Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, management, and B2B sales. Strong knowledge of technology sales and technical products. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Demonstrated ability in business development and expanding market reach. Strong analytical skills to assess market data and drive decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
