Position Overview We are seeking a Salesman / Sales Manager who can confidently meet with homeowners, present solutions, and close sales with integrity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship‑driven environment and wants to represent a respected, long-standing local brand. This is not a high-pressure, gimmick-based sales environment. We win by being knowledgeable, honest, and dependable. Key Responsibilities Conduct in‑home consultations with pre-set, qualified appointments Assess customer needs and recommend the right window, door, or enclosure solutions Present product options, pricing, and financing clearly and professionally Follow a structured sales process while maintaining a friendly, no-pressure approach Manage your pipeline, follow up with leads, and maintain accurate records Train and mentor junior sales staff (for Sales Manager candidates) Represent Schneider Home Equipment with professionalism and integrity Qualifications Proven experience in in‑home sales , home improvement sales, or related fields Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to measure openings and understand basic construction concepts Self-motivated, organized, and reliable Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Management or team leadership experience is a plus (for Sales Manager role) Join us as we drive growth through passionate selling, strategic relationship-building, and innovative outreach.
