FIBERSTAMP
is expanding its presence in the U.S. market and is seeking an experienced, U.S.-based Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, develop new business, and build long-term customer and partner relationships.
Location:
United States (Remote) Candidates must be based in the U.S. Job Responsibilities Drive Sales & Business Growth Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for the U.S. market. Own key sales objectives, including revenue growth, gross margin, and customer development. Identify and convert new business opportunities. Develop Customers & Manage Key Accounts Develop relationships with direct customers, distributors, agents, and strategic partners. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quotations through negotiation, contracts, and payment collection. Build strong customer relationships and drive retention, repeat business, and account growth. Market & Business Development Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive offerings, pricing, tariffs, and regulatory developments. Provide market insights to support product positioning and business growth. Identify and manage key commercial, customer credit, and trade risks. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Marketing, Product, R&D, Logistics, and After-Sales teams to support customer needs and business development. Support trade shows, conferences, customer meetings, and other market development activities. Help strengthen sales processes, CRM, pricing, and channel development. Travel Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed for customer meetings, business development, trade shows, negotiations, and technical discussions. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher. 5+ years of experience in the optical communications industry. Experience in optical communications, optical networking, data centers, telecommunications, or related technology markets preferred. Knowledge of INCOTERMS, L/C, T/T, export documentation, and basic customs procedures. Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in an international environment. Professional English proficiency. About
