WB Design Group About WB Design Group WB Design Group is a luxury home staging and interior design firm serving Greater Los Angeles and Orange County. We partner with top Realtors, developers, builders, and homeowners to create thoughtfully designed spaces that maximize property value and elevate the selling experience. We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales growth, develop strategic relationships, and build a high-performing sales team. Position Summary The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development, expanding strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and leading the outside sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship selling, coaching others, and building scalable sales systems. This position reports directly to the Founder. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Identify and develop new business opportunities with Realtors, brokerages, builders, developers, investors. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. Consistently exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. Represent WB Design Group at networking events, broker opens, industry functions, and community events. Develop strategic partnerships with luxury real estate professionals throughout Southern California. Key Account Management Manage and grow relationships with top-producing agents and strategic accounts. Conduct client presentations, consultations, and proposal meetings. Understand each client's business and recommend staging solutions that maximize listing value. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients throughout the sales process. Ensure exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through project completion. Sales Leadership Lead and coach the outside sales team. Establish sales goals, KPIs, and accountability. Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and sales meetings. Mentor sales representatives on prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing techniques. Monitor CRM activities and ensure accurate pipeline management. Develop sales processes, scripts, and best practices. Sales Strategy Develop and implement growth strategies for new markets. Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives. Provide market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer needs. Recommend new sales initiatives based on market trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the design, operations, logistics, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Participate in project kickoff meetings for large staging projects. Help resolve client concerns while balancing customer satisfaction with company profitability. Performance Expectations The successful candidate will: Consistently grow monthly revenue. Increase repeat business from existing clients. Expand the company's Realtor and brokerage network. Improve sales conversion rates. Develop a high-performing sales culture. Deliver accurate sales forecasts to leadership. Qualifications 7+ years of B2B sales experience. 3+ years managing a sales team. Experience in luxury real estate, home staging, interior design, furniture, hospitality, architecture, construction, or related industries preferred. Proven track record of generating new business and maintaining long-term client relationships. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Experience using CRM systems. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Southern California. Preferred Qualifications Existing network within Southern California real estate industry. Knowledge of luxury home staging and interior design. Experience working with Realtors, builders, or developers. Passion for design and luxury homes.
