About Us Wildscape Designs is a growing Mission-driven garden design-build firm specializing in sustainable and eco-friendly outdoor spaces using native and organic plants. Our mission is to inspire human connection through nature while promoting Florida's natural beauty and supporting local ecosystems. We specialize in high-end residential landscapes that are native-first, edible, water-wise, and designed with special materials friendly to the home and soil. We are looking for an experienced sales leader who can take ownership of our sales function and help lead the company into its next stage of growth. Job Description We are seeking a driven, experienced Head of Sales to own and grow the company's sales function. We are seeking and builder and closer. This is a hands-on sales leadership position. The Head of Sales will manage opportunities from initial consultation through close, while continuously improving the systems, follow-up, pipeline management, and sales strategy behind those results. As the company grows, this person will also help expand and develop the sales team, creating a sales operation that is organized, measurable, scalable, and capable of supporting Wildscape's continued growth. The ideal candidate is a strong closer who also understands how to lead a sales function. They are comfortable taking ownership of a revenue goal, managing a pipeline, improving sales performance, developing relationships, and creating the structure necessary for a growing company. This role requires a high level of professionalism, autonomy, and leadership - working closely with the owner. Key Responsibilities Own Wildscape Designs' sales pipeline and overall sales performance. Manage qualified opportunities from consultation through quote, follow-up, and close. Build strong relationships with prospective clients and guide them confidently through the purchasing process. Maintain consistent follow-up and ensure opportunities do not fall through the cracks. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals. Track and improve key sales metrics including lead conversion, close rate, average project value, sales cycle, pipeline value, and lost opportunities. Maintain accurate sales forecasting and provide leadership with clear visibility into expected revenue. Improve and maintain the company's CRM, sales processes, pipeline stages, and follow-up systems. Protect company pricing and gross-margin goals throughout the sales process. Develop referral and strategic relationships with builders, architects, designers, real estate professionals, property managers, and other industry partners. Work closely with marketing to evaluate lead quality, campaign performance, and opportunities for growth. Identify when additional sales capacity is needed and help recruit, train, coach, and manage future sales team members. Establish clear expectations and accountability as the sales team grows. Collaborate closely with ownership and operations to ensure sales growth aligns with the company's capacity to successfully deliver projects. Maintain clear and structured tracking for sales, partnerships, and operational improvements. Provide weekly and monthly reports on revenue, leads, and efficiency improvements. Ensure that all KPIs and performance benchmarks are consistently met
