Job Description

As a Territory Manager II at Honeywell Fire, you will drive business growth and champion our industry-leading commercial fire protection brands: Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt. Managing the Mid-Atlantic territory, you will act as the key commercial contact, dividing your focus between field-level dealer engagement and strategic distribution support:

• 80%

Dealer Focus:

Engaging directly with installing dealer partners in the field to build relationships, drive brand preference, and generate demand for Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt solutions.

• 20%

Distribution Support:

Partnering with third-party distribution partners to support inventory flow, train distributor sales reps, and align on local market strategies. This role is also eligible for a performance based sales incentive plan Key Responsibilities

+ Spend approximately 80% of your time engaging installing dealers and 20% supporting distribution partners.

+ Develop relationships with current and prospective dealers, contractors, integrators, and distributor sales teams.

+ Drive demand generation, project specifications, brand conversion, and revenue growth across Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt.

+ Support distributor inventory flow, branch counter days, training, and local sales initiatives.

+ Identify new business opportunities; analyze construction activity, market trends, and competitor activity to strengthen territory strategy.

+ Partner with customer service, technical support, and product management to deliver a strong customer experience from onboarding through post-sale support.

+ Travel extensively throughout VA, WV, MD, and

DE. YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum 6 years of sales or related experience in the fire alarm or low-voltage industry.

+ Proven success achieving sales targets and growing revenue within a territory, technical-sales, or channel-sales environment.

+ Strong knowledge of commercial fire alarm, life safety, low-voltage systems, or closely related building technologies.

+ Ability to establish technical credibility and productive relationships with installing contractors, integrators, and distributor partners.

+ Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, territory-planning, and market-analysis skills.

+ Self-directed, customer-focused approach and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

+ Continuous learning and adaptability The salary range for this position is $101,600-$126,100. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
