What You'll Do:
Hunt for new business. Expand your network, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships through cold calls, on-site visits, referrals, and industry events. Close the deal. Own the sales cycle from start to finish—lead generation, negotiations, closing, and account management. Hit your targets. Utilize consultative sales techniques to meet and exceed revenue and profit goals. Work cross-functionally. Partner with leadership, pricing, procurement, project managers, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution. Stay organized. Keep detailed records of sales efforts in our CRM , participate in training, and attend company meetings. Get out there. Travel 50-65% within your territory to meet clients, assess their needs, and deliver winning proposals. What You Need to
Succeed:
Bachelor's degree & 2+ years of B2B sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B sales experience . Experience in Building Materials, Metals, Construction, or Architectural Services preferred. Ability to read and comprehend contracts, blueprints, and construction drawings preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM systems . Comfortable walking long distances and lifting items (25-50 lbs.) when needed. What's in It for You?
