This is a customer-facing sales role responsible for developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and re-engaging inactive and underpenetrated accounts. The Territory Sales Manager will work closely with Quality Biomedical's commercial leadership team to develop and execute a territory growth strategy. The successful candidate will combine strong relationship-building skills with consistent prospecting, account development, organization, and follow-through. This individual should have a strong understanding of the Home Medical Equipment (HME) industry, either through prior sales experience or relevant experience working directly with HME providers and customers. They should be comfortable engaging customers at both the branch and leadership levels and communicating the value of Quality Biomedical's equipment service, logistics, technology, and fleet-management capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory business plan designed to achieve revenue, new-account, and market-growth objectives. Build a consistent pipeline of prospective customers through outbound prospecting, referrals, industry relationships, regional events, and other business-development activities. Identify, pursue, and close new customer opportunities within the assigned territory. Re-engage dormant, inactive, and low-volume customers to identify opportunities to restore and expand business. Grow existing accounts by identifying additional locations, equipment categories, service opportunities, and customer needs. Develop strong relationships with customer decision-makers at the branch, regional, and corporate levels. Maintain a consistent customer-contact cadence focused on retention, satisfaction, and account growth. Clearly communicate Quality Biomedical's service capabilities, logistics programs, technology platforms, pricing programs, and new service offerings. Support new-customer implementation and onboarding, including introduction to Quality Biomedical's QConnect customer platform. Maintain accurate and current customer and opportunity information within Zoho CRM, including sales activity, next steps, expected close dates, and account information. Participate in territory forecasting and regular reviews of sales performance, pipeline activity, customer opportunities, and account growth. Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams to support a strong customer experience. Represent Quality Biomedical at customer meetings, industry events, association meetings, and tradeshows as appropriate. Monitor competitive activity and market trends and provide feedback that may influence territory strategy and service offerings. Qualifications Relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, territory management, or working directly with customers in the Home Medical Equipment industry. Previous experience within the HME/DME market strongly preferred, including experience working for an HME provider, manufacturer, distributor, service organization, or other business supporting HME customers. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Experience developing new business, growing accounts, or identifying opportunities within an existing customer base. Comfortable conducting proactive outreach to prospective and inactive customers. Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to independently manage a geographic territory while working collaboratively with a broader commercial and operational team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships, opportunities, and sales activity; Zoho CRM experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and related business applications. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory for customer visits, industry events, and company meetings.
