We specialize in heavy- and medium-duty trucks while also servicing light-duty vehicles and virtually anything else a commercial fleet operates. By bringing maintenance and repair directly to our customers, we help fleets reduce downtime, eliminate unnecessary shop trips, and keep their vehicles working. We serve businesses in industries such as trucking and freight, construction, oilfield services, delivery, towing, municipal services, and the skilled trades. We're looking for a driven, experienced Territory Sales Manager who understands the commercial vehicle industry and knows how to open doors, build relationships, and develop long-term fleet accounts. The ideal candidate has experience in the light-, medium-, or heavy-duty vehicle market; preferably in fleet maintenance and repair. This is an opportunity to earn a dependable base salary while increasing your income through sales performance. What You'll Do Prospect for and sign new businesses that operate commercial vehicle fleets. Target fleets running heavy-, medium-, and light-duty vehicles where downtime is costly and recurring maintenance is essential. Build relationships with fleet managers, business owners, operations leaders, and maintenance decision-makers. Present the value of DuraFleet's onsite mobile service, including reduced downtime, fewer shop trips, and more convenient fleet maintenance. Conduct customer visits and learn about each fleet's vehicles, maintenance needs, and operational challenges. Prepare and present service proposals and account solutions. Maintain an active pipeline and consistently work toward established sales targets. Manage and grow your book of business by identifying additional vehicles, services, and account opportunities. Work closely with our service and operations teams to ensure a strong customer experience. Maintain accurate records of prospects, customer communications, and sales activity. What We're Looking For Industry experience in the light-, medium-, or heavy-duty commercial vehicle market. Fleet maintenance and repair experience is strongly preferred. Proven B2B, outside-sales, business-development, or account-management experience. Working knowledge of commercial vehicles, preventive maintenance, repair services, or fleet operations. A self-starter who is comfortable prospecting, developing a territory, and managing customer relationships. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to earn the trust of business owners and fleet professionals. Existing relationships with trucking, freight, construction, oilfield, towing, municipal, trades, or delivery fleets are a major advantage. Reliable, organized, and consistent with follow-up. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Willingness to travel throughout Fort Worth and the surrounding DFW area. Why DuraFleet? At DuraFleet Fort Worth, you're selling a service that solves a real and expensive problem. When fleet vehicles are sitting in a repair shop, they aren't producing revenue. Our onsite mobile maintenance and repair services help customers keep their vehicles working and their businesses moving. This position gives you the stability of a base salary, the upside of commission, and the opportunity to build a valuable book of long-term fleet customers. If you know the commercial vehicle industry, enjoy developing relationships, and want to be rewarded for producing results, we'd like to talk with you. Flexible work from home options available.
