Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Sales, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing sales growth and market penetration within an assigned geographic territory. This individual will build and maintain strong dealer relationships, support dealership success through training and development, and serve as a trusted business partner to dealership personnel.Compensation & Benefits:

Manage and grow an assigned geographic territory to achieve sales and profitability objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and staff. Deliver exceptional account management and customer service. Recruit, onboard, and train new dealership partners on Aegis Powersports products and programs. Conduct dealership visits to provide performance reviews, business analysis, and sales support. Act as a liaison between dealerships and internal Aegis teams. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the territory. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Travel approximately 50% to 75% of the time throughout the assigned territory.Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of experience in powersports sales, F&I, dealership operations, claims, or a related field. Demonstrated leadership, management, or team development experience. Established relationships within the powersports industry preferred. Proven account management and CRM proficiency. Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered. Ability and willingness to travel 50% to 75% of the time.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:
