Job Description:
DNV is seeking a motivated and results-driven Training Sales & Business Developmen t professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and selling our suite of training programs to corporate and individual clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting customers with learning solutions that meet their specific needs. This position can be remote from anywhere in the Continental U.S. What You'll Do Drive growth of public and private training sales across North America. Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and existing client relationships. Identify client training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with trainers, operations, marketing, and certification sales teams to maximize opportunities. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information within CRM systems. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business growth.
