Job Description
Job Overview Are you passionate about the luxury yachting industry and driven to connect clients with their dream vessels? As a Yacht Broker, you will be the dynamic bridge between buyers and sellers, leveraging your sales expertise and industry knowledge to facilitate seamless yacht transactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end market, utilizing your skills in business development, client management, and technical sales to deliver exceptional service and results. Your energetic approach will help grow our network of satisfied clients and expand our presence in the global yachting community. Duties Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify new clients and expand market reach through B2B sales, cold calling, and lead generation activities Manage existing client accounts with personalized service, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships through effective account management Conduct detailed product demos of yachts, highlighting features and benefits to prospective buyers Negotiate sales terms confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet client needs while achieving company objectives Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage territory sales activities, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Coordinate inside and outside sales efforts across designated territories, including territory management and territory sales strategies Facilitate marketing initiatives to promote yacht listings, including digital campaigns and direct outreach efforts Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the purchasing process from initial inquiry to closing the deal Support management in developing new sales channels and expanding brand presence within the luxury yacht market Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within a luxury or high-value product environment Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and lead generation initiatives Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and negotiation techniques Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities Exceptional communication skills for product demos, customer service interactions, and negotiation processes Ability to perform cold calling effectively and manage inside/outside sales channels seamlessly Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to luxury goods or services is a plus A proactive attitude with a passion for the yachting industry and a desire to deliver outstanding client experiences Join us as a Yacht Broker where your energetic drive combined with your technical expertise will propel your career forward in one of the most exciting markets worldwide!
