Responsibilities District Leadership & Business Ownership:
Act as the business owner for the district, taking full accountability for the district's P&L, budget management, safety performance, sales growth, and personnel development.
Field Operations & Customer Interaction:
Engage directly with field operations to ensure smooth daily operations, develop and maintain customer relationships, and resolve any issues that arise to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Employee Management & Development:
Select, train, and coach district employees, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and high performance. Create and sustain an environment that supports employee morale and engagement, ensuring the development of talent within the district.
Safety & Compliance:
