Job Description

Sales Director A well-established community is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead efforts to attract prospective residents, generate sales, and maintain strong occupancy throughout the community. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective marketing and sales strategies. This position will work closely with leadership and other departments to promote the community, build relationships with prospective residents and families, and support overall census and occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns. Manage and effectively utilize an industry-specific CRM system. Generate and follow up on sales leads and prospective resident inquiries. Schedule and conduct community tours and sales meetings. Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners. Develop and maintain a strong presence within the greater community. Monitor sales activity, leads, move-ins, and occupancy trends. Work collaboratively with the management and operations team to achieve organizational goals. Professionally and positively represent the community at events and within the local market. This is a key leadership position and an active member of the management and operations team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, relationship-focused sales professional who understands the senior living market and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, and lead generation. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and effectively guide prospective residents and families through the sales process. Experience using a CRM or sales tracking system. Professional presence and strong community networking skills. South Carolina Real Estate License - preferred
