Job Description

$250,000 Annual Compensation + Performance-Based Upside Sweetgrass Properties is seeking a seasoned business development professional with a proven track record in luxury vacation rentals, property management, or a closely related field. This opportunity is designed for an established professional who already understands the market, has developed meaningful industry relationships, and knows how to turn those relationships into new property partnerships. You may already be successful in your current position. You may not even be actively looking for a change. But if you have built a strong reputation, developed valuable relationships, and consistently demonstrated an ability to bring quality properties into a portfolio, we believe that experience should be recognized. What We're Looking For A seasoned, proven business development professional Established relationships within the luxury vacation rental and real estate market Demonstrated success acquiring and developing homeowner relationships Strong understanding of high-end vacation rental properties and their owners Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills A self-directed professional who knows how to identify opportunities and close business Compensation & Benefits $250,000 annual compensation Additional performance-based earning potential 20 days of paid vacation Comprehensive health and dental benefits Additional company benefits Significant long-term growth opportunity This is not an entry-level sales position, and we are not looking for someone who needs to be taught how to develop business. Pay:
$225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
