    • WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
    • + Recruiting, hiring, training, developing, goal setting, and discipline for sales and service employees.
    + Facilitating the team's success by setting a direction, establishing goals, training, motivating, and conducting meetings to ensure the success and alignment of the team. + Conducting one-on-one coaching sessions and"ride-longs" with all sales representatives. + Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and internal departments. + Engage with the Regional Vice Presidents by offering timely communication, accurate forecasting which includes early, mid-month, and final reporting, and overall strategic direction of the team. + Meeting monthly and quarterly sales plans.
    • WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM
    • + 8+ years of successful sales experience, with 3 years of sales management experience.
    + Experience in sales or sales management in the Two-Way Radio/Land Mobile Radio field is highly preferred. + High integrity and service-minded focus on team members and customers. + High energy - strong work ethic and action-oriented. + Embraces a structured sales approach. + Experience in developing, coaching, and motivating sales professionals. + Ability to embrace and lead change and provide innovative solutions. + Marketing experience, and product/industry knowledge, a plus.
    • YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    • The physical environment requires the employee to work inside.
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
