Job Summary and Qualifications The role of the Hospital Outreach Sales Director is to develop, align, and retain referrals from market physicians and referring hospitals for primary service lines. This position will facilitate the retention of physician relationships, referring hospital relationships and community relationships. What you will do in this role: You will be responsible for the growth of new service line business while serving as an extension of hospital leadership You will collaborate with the CEO and Division VP of Sales to evaluate, analyze, and interpret current physician referral patterns and trends You will evaluate, analyze, and interpret market demographics and projected trends for both physicians and patient populations You will develop sales and retention strategies for target markets and facility service lines You will develop goals and timelines for growing referral volumes based on new or established physician and outreach medical facility relationships You will complete follow-up meetings with physicians to close new or additional business, ensuring that internal and external obstacles to business growth and retention are identified You will meet with physicians and hospital staff from referring hospitals to ensure that a thorough understanding is gained regarding their desires and needs What qualifications you will need: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required 3+ years of experience in medical sales with specific responsibility for direct sales to physicians preferred Benefits Tristar Health, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
