Regional Sales Manager - East Ohio (Cleveland/ Columbus)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: Sales Performance & Territory Growth Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for the assigned territory. Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual territory business plans aligned with company sales and growth objectives. Drive demand for Signia products by identifying opportunities, prospecting for new business, and expanding relationships with existing customers. Work collaboratively with territory counterparts and cross-functional partners to execute business plans and maximize territory performance. Successfully launch and establish new products with both existing and prospective customers. Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer visit expectations and effective utilization of programs and promotions designed to drive demand. Customer Development & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with customers and key decision-makers. Identify customer needs and develop solutions that support business growth and customer satisfaction. Apply the Signia Sales Process consistently and effectively during customer interactions. Prospect, develop, and convert new accounts while increasing sales and share of wallet within existing accounts. Sales Analytics & CRM Management Analyze and leverage daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting to identify opportunities, address gaps, and drive territory performance. Maintain accurate and timely customer, opportunity, activity, and territory information in Salesforce (SFDC). Comply with all SFDC requirements, including the timely and accurate documentation of daily customer activities and sales opportunities. Use available data and reporting to prioritize customer interactions and optimize territory coverage.REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred. 5+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in B2B sales. Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience managing a geographic territory or multi-location sales organization. Strong experience with pipeline management, forecasting and CRM systems. Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills. Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into business actions. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
