ARE YOU A MANAGER
OR ARE YOU A BUILDER?
We are looking for an energetic, proven Used Car Sales Manager who can do more than maintain inventory. We want someone capable of growing our used vehicle business exponentially.
You understand the entire machine:
Acquire Appraise Recondition Price Merchandise Sell TURN You know what is selling, what is aging, what the market is doing, and when to hold gross versus move the metal.
AGED INVENTORY IS NOT A COLLECTION.
You attack aging early, price to market, trade when necessary, wholesale when appropriate, and continuously replace stale inventory with vehicles customers actually want.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Used vehicle sales volume and profitability Inventory acquisition and appraisals Pricing, aging and inventory turn Reconditioning speed and expense Used vehicle merchandising Wholesale strategy Sales-team coaching and accountability Growing the overall used vehicle operation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven automotive sales and leadership ability Strong appraisal and acquisition skills Excellent inventory management knowledge Strong understanding of gross profit and retail math High energy and a relentless sense of urgency Process-driven, competitive and results-focused Strong communication and leadership skills Professional references required Franchise dealership experience preferred, but not required If you come from the independent automotive world and have a proven record of buying, selling, turning and growing inventory, we want to talk to you.
