Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop all staff within the assigned region, including conducting regular staff meetings and performance reviews. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facility management, fleet maintenance, and control of overhead expenses. Drive regional marketing and sales initiatives, identifying and actively pursuing new clients and markets. Act as Project Manager on designated projects and ensure all projects meet performance, budget, and scheduling goals.
