In this role, you'll own the revenue pipeline from first lead to signed contract. You'll build referral relationships, raise the quality and accuracy of our estimates and proposals, and make sure every sold job hands off cleanly to production. This is a chance to shape both our top-line growth and the reputation we build one project at a time.
Pay:
$55,000 base annually+ bonus Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential sales consultants Own the sales pipeline end to end: lead distribution, follow-up cadence, appointment setting, close rates, and average contract value Review estimates, scopes of work, and proposals for accuracy and margin before they reach the homeowner; partner with estimating and production so every sold job can be built profitably Manage the handoff of sold jobs to project management — contract documentation, selections, change-order process, and setting realistic homeowner expectations on timeline and budget Track and report on sales metrics (lead-to-appointment, appointment-to-close, backlog, gross margin) and present forecasts to ownership Coordinate with clients and lenders throughout the mortgage financing process Resolve escalated customer issues and protect the company's reputation and online reviews Qualifications Background in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs — enough to evaluate a scope of work and catch a mispriced estimate Ability to read plans and specifications and understand the permitting and inspection process Strong consultative, in-home sales experience and comfort negotiating directly with homeowners Excellent communication skills and the composure to handle difficult conversations about budget, delays, and change orders Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to job sites Real estate experience or an active license is a plus Familiarity with the mortgage industry is helpful Insurance industry experience is helpful Knowledge of title companies and the closing process is a benefit Closing Join a team where your leadership directly shapes the homes and neighborhoods around you.
