Area Manager:

As an Area Manager overseeing Austin and San Antonio markets, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring the smooth operations and growth of your market. Your responsibilities extend to seeking new business opportunities, expanding the customer base to meet budget and growth objectives, as well as, ensuring smooth market operations by implementing and enforcing effective processes and practices.

Your Profile:

Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or similar paths is highly desired. Prior experience in staffing, hospitality, sales, or account management, showcasing your understanding of client and employee needs in dynamic markets. Proven track record in a supervisory or management role, preferably in sales and/or operations. Your leadership skills will be the driving force behind our market's success. Exhibit exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities and ensure the seamless flow of operations.
