District Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Relocation Assistance District Manager Job Requirements:

Minimum of three years of multi-unit restaurant management experience Strong track record of leading and developing high-performing management teams Solid understanding of restaurant financials including sales, labor, and food costs Ability to coach, mentor, and hold leaders accountable to performance standards Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Comfortable working flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally High standards for operational excellence, safety, and brand compliance

District Manager Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations Lead, develop, and support Restaurant Managers to achieve operational and financial goals Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to drive results Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Partner with leadership on hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning Conduct regular store visits to coach, audit, and reinforce best practices Foster a positive, accountable culture focused on guest satisfaction and team engagement Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning and continuous improvement initiatives
