Your Strategic & Leadership Duties As our Director of Sales, you are the essential link between market potential and realized revenue, responsible for setting the strategy and leading the charge.Essential Tasks Include:
Strategy Development & Execution:
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Your vision is critical to our long-term business growth.Team Leadership:
Manage and lead the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and objectives. Your mentorship will foster a culture of high performance and accountability.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients. Your negotiation skills will ensure customer satisfaction and high retention rates.Market Intelligence:

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications We seek visionary leaders who are ready to excel in a high-stakes, results-oriented environment. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales management within the Hospitality, Tourism, and Recreation industry. Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in developing successful sales strategies specifically for the extended stay or hospitality market. Experience in managing and leading a remote or multi-site sales team.
