Job Description
Position Overview This is a high-performance business development role with a primary goal to aggressively grow machining and repair services. The position is responsible for building a predictable revenue pipeline, closing new business, and establishing our client as a preferred partner. \n Key Responsibilities Monitor & maintain existing client relationships Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients Prospect and close new business with oil & gas and manufacturing companies Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to key representatives/managers Build, manage, and advance a disciplined pipeline from prospecting through close Execute daily outreach across calls, email, LinkedIn, and field visits Conduct technical sales meetings, site visits, and solution presentations Drive urgency, overcome objections, and close business consistently Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and weekly pipeline reporting Qualifications Demonstrated high-level of sales success (10 years' experience) Minimum High School Diploma or GED Ability to grasp technical machining industry knowledge and nomenclature \n $120,000 - $140,000 a year \n#ZR
