Full-time Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Director of Residential Sales to lead and scale our residential roofing sales operations across multiple Texas markets. Based out of our Grapevine headquarters, this leadership role will oversee sales teams in Austin, Houston, and San Antonio, driving revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage residential sales teams across four markets: Grapevine, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets Establish and monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and performance benchmarks across all regions Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales talent Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer experience Implement scalable sales processes, systems, and best practices Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning Travel regularly between locations to provide hands-on leadership and support Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in roofing, construction, or home services Proven track record of managing multi-location sales teams and delivering strong revenue growth Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Experience with CRM systems and sales performance tools Willingness to travel frequently within
Texas Preferred Qualifications:
Background in residential roofing sales Experience scaling sales teams in a fast-growing company Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
W2 Salary of $80,000
