$200,000+ Help Build the Next Stage of RTG Fleet Maintenance RTG Fleet Maintenance is seeking an accomplished Director of Business Development to lead our growth throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. We provide mobile and onsite fleet maintenance solutions to commercial fleets that need greater maintenance capacity, reduced downtime, and a reliable service partner. We have the technicians. We have the service capabilities. We have the operational infrastructure. Now we are looking for the right business development leader to significantly expand our DFW presence. This is a high-impact position with direct access to company ownership and a clear opportunity to advance into VP of Sales based on performance and company growth. The Opportunity This is not a traditional account-management position. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for personally creating, developing, and closing new commercial fleet relationships. You will have the autonomy to build your territory, develop strategic relationships, pursue major accounts, and help shape RTG's long-term sales strategy. We are particularly interested in candidates who understand the DFW commercial fleet market and have established relationships within transportation, fleet maintenance, trucking, refuse, heavy equipment, construction, distribution, utilities, leasing, or related industries. What You'll Sell RTG Fleet Maintenance helps fleet operators solve one of their biggest challenges: Keeping equipment operational when internal maintenance capacity isn't enough.

Mobile diesel repair Tractor and trailer maintenance Preventive maintenance programs DOT inspections Electrical and diagnostic repair Hydraulic repair Welding and fabrication Heavy-equipment repair Refuse-truck maintenance Onsite technician programs Supplemental maintenance manpower Emergency and scheduled fleet support Our value proposition goes beyond repairing trucks. We give fleet maintenance departments additional capacity without requiring them to add permanent headcount. What You'll Do Develop and execute a DFW new-business strategy Identify and pursue high-value commercial fleet opportunities Build relationships with Fleet Managers, Maintenance Managers, Directors of Fleet, Operations Leaders, Transportation Executives, and business owners Personally prospect and generate new opportunities Conduct face-to-face meetings and fleet-site visits Identify maintenance challenges, downtime issues, staffing shortages, and service gaps Develop solutions utilizing RTG's mobile and onsite capabilities Build and maintain a disciplined qualified sales pipeline Prepare and present proposals Negotiate profitable service agreements Close new business Develop multi-location and regional opportunities Work closely with Operations to successfully transition new customers Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline reporting Protect pricing and gross-margin expectations Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate has: 5+ years of successful B2B outside sales or business-development experience A documented history of personally prospecting and closing new accounts Experience in fleet services, transportation, trucking, diesel repair, heavy equipment, commercial tires, leasing, waste/refuse, industrial services, or a related industry Existing relationships within the DFW fleet market strongly preferred Experience selling to operational and executive decision-makers Experience developing six-figure or larger customer relationships Strong prospecting and closing skills Understanding of gross profit, pricing, and margin Excellent communication and presentation skills Professional executive presence Strong CRM and pipeline discipline Ability to operate independently and be accountable for results What Success Looks Like We believe in giving talented sales professionals autonomy—but also a clear scoreboard. Performance will be measured primarily by: Qualified pipeline created Face-to-face meetings with decision-makers New accounts opened New annualized revenue Gross profit generated Quality and profitability of business sold Year-One Target $1.5M+ in new annualized revenue Top performers should have the ability to exceed $2M in new annualized business. •95,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Commission is based on gross profit from new business personally developed and closed.

Your First 90 Days During your first 90 days, you will be expected to: Learn the Business Develop a strong understanding of RTG's capabilities, customers, pricing, operations, and competitive advantages. Build the Market Develop a targeted list of high-value DFW fleet prospects and identify key decision-makers. Get Face-to-Face Consistently meet onsite with fleet and maintenance leaders throughout DFW. Build Pipeline Develop a qualified pipeline of legitimate fleet-maintenance opportunities. Start Closing Convert opportunities into new RTG customers and recurring revenue. Our Target Markets Our opportunities include: Refuse and environmental services Private commercial fleets Trucking and transportation Distribution and warehousing Food and beverage fleets Construction and building materials Heavy equipment Concrete and aggregates Utilities Municipal fleets School districts Trailer fleets Leasing and rental operations This Role Is Not for Every Salesperson This is probably not the right position if your experience has primarily involved maintaining an existing book of business. It also isn't the right opportunity if you depend heavily on inbound leads. We need someone who knows how to create opportunities where none currently exist. The right candidate enjoys prospecting, getting in front of customers, asking intelligent operational questions, identifying problems, developing solutions, and closing business. Why RTG?
