Job Description
This position requires a person with ambition and drive; an individual with strong consultive sales closing skills, yet a caring customer service focus. This position comes with a base pay and the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses. The effort that you put into learning the business and closing sales determines your final paycheck. Basic responsibilities include:
- Conducting consultations
- Working warm and cold leads
- Promoting the S4L referral program
- Managing staff
- Inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service to all current and potential clients
- Knowledge of services and products provided (full training)
- Manage and oversee all clients on ongoing success
Skills:
- Previous experience in weight loss, gym, spa/sales management a plus
- Strong Closing Skills

- Excellent Communication Skills
- This is a full time position
Job Type:

$42,000.00- $52,000.
