Duties Lead and supervise the Jewelry sales to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching, motivation, and performance management Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and merchandising initiatives Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and inventory control to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage Manage daily store operations including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, cashiering, and operational procedures Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere Small on site repairs and jewelry cleaning. We can train you on that. It's not super complex. Implement merchandising standards and oversee stocking, pricing adjustments, and visual displays to enhance the shopping experience with clean and meteculous display of all jewelry Utilize strong communication skills for managerial communication with staff and cross-department collaboration Skills Proven experience/(freshers can also apply) in retail industry sales team management with supervisory responsibilities Strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales effectively and manage customer relationships Multilingual or bilingual would be an added advantage Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing adjustments, inventory calculations & retail math proficiency Customer service expertise with phone etiquette and organizational skills to foster positive shopping experiences Knowledge of jewelry store or repairs knowledge is a plus Join us as a Sales Manager where your leadership fuels success!
