Role:
Danners Incorporated has been a trusted name in the security industry for over 85 years and now we're growing our Security & Surveillance Division in a big way. We're not looking for someone to simply manage a sales team. We're looking for a dynamic leader to take this team to the next level, expanding nationally while building a high-performing revenue engine.
What You'll Do:
Lead and drive the growth of the Security & Surveillance Division. Generate new business and close deals. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team. Build and execute strategic sales plans while tactically driving day-to-day results. Expand the company's national footprint. Foster strong relationships with clients and partners. The company is
Looking For:
Bachelor's degree. 5-10+ years of experience in sales leadership or business development. Proven ability to generate new business and close deals. Experience leading or mentoring salespeople. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Ability to think strategically but execute tactically.
