Richardson, TX This is a full-time, in-office position requiring on-site presence five days a week. Key responsibilities include assisting F-1 students with Form I-983 completion to maintain CPT/OPT work authorization, ensuring alignment with

DHS/SEVIS

regulations, and handling Form I-20 processes. The role demands a solid understanding of immigration policies, consular procedures, and end-to-end compliance requirements. Qualification Basic Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 3 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree Location for this position is in Richardson, TX. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area.
