This energetic leader will drive operational excellence, foster business growth, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for management, strategic planning, and business development, ensuring each site meets its performance goals while maintaining a positive and motivating environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence regional success through innovative leadership and proactive process improvements. Duties Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and profitability Lead, motivate, and supervise site managers and staff to achieve high performance levels Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase sales opportunities Manage profit & loss statements, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure financial health of the region Identify areas for process improvement, streamline workflows, and implement best practices Support project management efforts for new initiatives or site upgrades, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards Qualifications Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within a multi-site environment Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and sales growth strategies Solid understanding of profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative work culture Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Prior experience in supervising or managing multiple locations is preferred Join us as an Area Manager to lead with energy, drive innovation, and make a tangible impact on regional success!
