The Opportunity:

From First Close to Scaling the Team We aren't looking for a manager to sit behind a dashboard. We are looking for a Founding Sales Leader. This is a "Player-Coach" role designed for a high-octane producer. For the first six months, you will be on the front lines selling—learning the nuances of our customers and perfecting the process. Once you've mastered the cycle, you will architect the department, hiring and leading the team that will take Ecopool to the next level. What You'll Do Own the
