Responsible for undertraining projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems, managing and implementing BIM workflows on projects, ensuring technical excellence, compliance with standards, alignment with client expectations, proactive client engagement, identifying opportunities to expand accounts, and supporting the business development team in delivering value-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Review BIM Model development in regards to different standards and compliances. Develop, implement, and oversee BIM execution plans, ensuring compliance with EIR. Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines, ensuring accuracy and integration. Facilitate collaboration between Engineering and construction teams using BIM tools. Establish and enforce BIM standards, best practices, and protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Manage BIM data, and documentation, and ensure proper handover for facilities management. Provide training and technical support to project team members on BIM-related tools and workflows. Monitor and report on BIM progress, identifying potential risks and recommending solutions. Stay updated on industry-innovative BIM solutions to enhance project efficiency. Reviewing & Validating BIM models, As-Built Models & Design Stage BIM Document Update. Interest in learning new technologies and adapt with upcoming trends Attend and Participate in Construction BIM Progress Meeting with stakeholders. Clarifying details of BIM Standards requirement, providing technical feedback regarding BIM Software and monitoring the BIM progress according to the establish Standard. Preparing BIM Guidelines, Standards & Execution Plan for Project Requirement Reducing construction risk capturing BIM inconsistencies, raising RFIs for clarification Providing & coordinating live BIM Model Walkthroughs during presentations. Serve as a primary technical liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and ongoing support. Understand client goals, operational constraints, and pain points to tailor BIM solutions accordingly. Ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations in terms of quality, timeliness, and value. Maintain regular communication with clients to update progress, get his/ her feedback, and implement improvements. Support post-delivery engagement to identify new opportunities or scope extensions within existing accounts. Collaborate with the business development team to identify potential new clients or projects aligned with BIM capabilities. Participate in client meetings, proposal development, and solution presentations to position the company's BIM expertise. Provide technical inputs and case studies for RFPs and capability documents. Assist in preparing ROI-driven value propositions that demonstrate the impact of BIM on project success. Contribute to marketing efforts by sharing thought leadership or technical insights on BIM trends and innovations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related industrial or engineering fields and 2 years' BIM related experience in the ACE industry. Must have experience in/with managing and coordinating BIM models across multiple disciplines, creating and enforcing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), working directly with engineering and construction teams, providing training, client interaction, and technical BIM support, reviewing, validating, and updating design-stage and as-built models, supporting business development activities and presenting BIM walkthroughs , interacting with clients or managing accounts, developing BIM standards, templates, or guidelines, and coordination of meetings, RFIs, and construction workflows, and leading model walkthroughs or present to stakeholders.
