Vice President of SalesJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, leading a high-performing sales team, and building long-term client relationships within the logistics and supply chain industry.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's overall sales strategy.

Generate new business opportunities and secure large customer accounts.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.

Expand the customer base across multiple industries.

Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve revenue growth objectives.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.

Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.

QualificationsRequiredMinimum 5 years of successful sales experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, 3PL, or a related industry.

Proven track record of generating new business and closing large accounts.

Strong network within the logistics and supply chain industry.

Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
