Job Description
Build a Team. Own the Numbers. Create a Revenue-Producing Marketing Department. We are a growing home improvement company in the Houston market looking for an exceptional Sales & Marketing Director to build and lead our face-to-face marketing division.
This is not a traditional marketing role . You will not spend your days managing social media, sitting behind a desk reviewing ad campaigns, or coordinating events for the sake of brand awareness.
You will be responsible for building a revenue-producing customer acquisition channel through home shows, events, festivals, retail partnerships and other face-to-face marketing opportunities throughout the Greater Houston area. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial enough to think like a business owner, competitive enough to care about the scoreboard, and disciplined enough to build the people, processes and systems required to scale. What You'll Own You will take ownership of the performance of the face-to-face marketing department, including: Identifying and securing high-value home shows, events, festivals, retail opportunities and community partnerships Building an annual marketing and event calendar throughout the Greater Houston market Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding high-performing brand ambassadors and appointment setters Training and coaching your team to engage homeowners professionally and generate qualified appointments Creating staffing schedules and ensuring events are properly covered Attending events regularly and leading from the field—not only from behind a desk Tracking department KPIs and making decisions based on performance data Managing the department budget and controlling marketing expenses Monitoring appointment quality, set rates, issued appointments, sales and revenue Working closely with the sales team to continuously improve lead quality and customer experience Holding your team accountable to clear expectations and performance standards Developing team members and creating a culture where high performers want to stay and grow Representing our company professionally everywhere we show up Your job isn't simply to generate leads.

You must:
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Be comfortable driving throughout the territory Be willing to travel to worthwhile events and home shows across the market Understand that some opportunities may require significant local driving A vehicle/expense allowance and phone allowance are provided. Pay:
$90,000.00- $120,000.
