What's in it for you- Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay - $62,000 annually. The starting rate is based on experience and qualifications. Personal Time Off (PTO) and Vacation benefits What You'll Do Provide strategic direction for sales activities with a focus on increasing revenue, occupancy, market share, conversion, and overall business performance. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals, financial objectives, market conditions, and customer needs. Establish sales targets, key performance indicators, and performance expectations while regularly evaluating progress and adjusting strategies as needed. Analyze revenue, occupancy, pipeline activity, conversion rates, lead sources, sales productivity, market trends, and other performance metrics to guide strategic decisions. Develop sales forecasts and provide leadership with meaningful insight into performance, opportunities, risks, and anticipated business results. Participate directly in high-value sales opportunities, presentations, negotiations, tours, and relationship-development efforts as appropriate. Oversee sales pipeline management and ensure qualified opportunities are receiving consistent, strategic, and timely follow-up. Ensure effective utilization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, maintaining high standards for data accuracy, activity tracking, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Evaluate sales processes and identify opportunities to improve lead response, qualification, follow-up, conversion, customer engagement, and overall sales effectiveness. Develop action plans in response to changing market conditions, occupancy levels, revenue performance, competitive pressures, and organizational priorities. What Makes You Successful Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered. Advanced education or professional certifications in sales management, leadership, hospitality, or a related discipline are a plus. 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, account management, hospitality, senior living, healthcare, real estate, or a related industry. Significant experience leading sales teams, developing sales professionals, and driving measurable business results. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, occupancy, sales, or business-development objectives. Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to coach, mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing sales professionals. Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to analyze revenue performance, forecasts, sales data, budgets, and return on investment. Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and performance data to improve sales execution and decision-making.
