Join Hilton Grand Vacations and lead a team of 5 to 7 Sales Representatives located inside Bass Pro Shops in Ashland, VA through our longstanding partnership. This is a fully onsite leadership role that requires weekend and holiday availability , as these are some of our busiest and most productive sales periods. In this role, you'll coach, motivate, and develop your team as they engage Bass Pro Shops customers and introduce them to exciting vacation opportunities. Sales Representatives benefit from uncapped commission, meaning their earning potential is unlimited. As their leader, your success grows alongside theirs. With an average sales cycle of less than 10 minutes, you'll help drive impressive results while creating memorable vacation experiences for future Hilton Grand Vacations travelers. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 5 to 7 Sales Representatives. Drive sales performance by monitoring individual and team results and holding team members accountable to goals. Provide ongoing training, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Foster a positive, engaging, and results-driven culture. Support Sales Representatives in overcoming objections and closing sales. Ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process. Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Lead from the front by maintaining a visible presence in the retail environment and assisting your team in driving results. What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience in a sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing environment. Strong coaching, mentoring, and talent development skills.
