Territory Sales Manager

No cold calling strangers. Every door you knock has recently closed on a home and is expecting someone like you. What We're Building We're not hiring order takers. We're identifying four people to train, develop, and deploy as Sales Managers in their own market. You'll learn the system here, prove you can execute, and go back home with a territory, a team, and real income potential. This is a business within a business. You recruit, you lead, you sell. What Training Looks Like 30 days, Fredericksburg VA, travel reimbursement and housing covered Daily sales meetings led by company leadership Warm leads provided daily, routed and ready You'll be expected to close a minimum of 15 installed accounts before you graduate Weekly guarantee pay from day one What You'll Earn $500/week guaranteed during training

Post-graduation:

$800-$3,600+/week based on personal and team production Average income $80K-$150K | Top earners $200K+ Uncapped commissions Who We're Looking For You don't quit when it gets hard, you adjust You hold yourself accountable before anyone else does You're competitive, but coachable You want to build something, not just collect a paycheck 1 year of sales experience preferred, not required if you have the right attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
