Job Description
Unilock, North America's leading manufacturer of premium hardscape products, is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Commercial Sales Territory Manager to expand commercial sales and secure product specifications across the Mid-Atlantic region. This high-impact role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, influencing project decisions, and driving growth. Candidates must reside in the DMV area and be willing to travel throughout the assigned territory. What We Offer $100,000 - $125,000 base salary plus monthly commission Company vehicle with fuel and maintenance card Medical benefits starting the first of the month following hire 401(k) match, profit sharing, life insurance, and HSA options Paid company shutdown between Christmas and New Year's Tuition reimbursement, gym membership, and professional development support What You'll Do Expand commercial sales and secure product specifications across the Mid-Atlantic market. Develop strong relationships with architects, landscape architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and other industry influencers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the design and specification process. Deliver product presentations and provide technical support to design professionals. Manage project pipelines from specification through installation in Dynamics 365 CRM. Partner with Territory Managers and internal teams to convert specifications into sales. Represent Unilock at trade shows, networking events, and industry associations. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives. What You'll Bring 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in commercial construction, architecture, landscape design, engineering, or building products. Knowledge of the commercial construction and specification processes. Proven success in developing relationships, influencing decision-makers, and closing business. Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for samples and project demonstrations. Must reside within the DMV area.
