Job Description

Job Overview As the In-House Sales and Operations Manager, you will be the primary driver of both revenue and meeting client satisfaction. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from engaging with repeat and new clients to understand their needs to preparing client proposals to coordinating production and installation of their orders. The roll will direct and prioritize the Design team to complete client designs in the appropriate sequence and then communicate with the production them to ensure jobs are completed on a timely basis. Finally, when product is ready for installation, schedule in-house and 3rd party install crews, working within client timing requirements. First and foremost the shop delivers customer satisfaction. Every client interaction needs to be handled appropriately, and all phases of the business need to align to deliver quality products to clients and proactively address any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Communicate with
Clients :
Email and phone are our primary client communication methods, followed by walk-in customers. High quality and timely messaging is imperative to maintain client satisfaction levels.
Client Meetings and Site Visits:
Periodically drive to client sites for meetings. Also conduct site visits to obtain measurements and understand existing signage environments.
Develop Proposals & Quotes :
Work with the Design team to prepare detailed sign specifications, use our order management tool (CoreBridge) to accurately price all jobs and work with clients to understand designs and pricing.
Pricing Routine Management :
Where possible evaluate and update pricing to maintain proper margins and revenue.
Pipeline Management :
Maintain the CRM system within CoreBridge to track leads and manage the sales funnel.
Operations & Production Coordination Production Prioritization:
Understand the status of all jobs in production and ensure that client timing requirements are met.
Installation Coordination :
Schedule and supervise installation teams, ensuring all projects meet safety standards and client specifications.
Qualifications & Skills Experience :
3-5+ years within the signage or a related manufacturing/retail industry.
Technical Knowledge :
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., CoreBridge), graphic design software, and an understanding of sign manufacturing processes.
Leadership :
Proven ability to lead by example and hold teams accountable to performance metrics.
Communication :
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills for interacting with high-level clients and cross-functional teams.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year
