Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Proven track record of managing a sales territory or building a business unit. Ability to recruit, train, and mentor a small group of sales professionals. Deep understanding of the local market landscape in and around Forest, Virginia. Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills for community engagement. Proficiency in data analysis and territory management software. Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to expand our market presence throughout Forest and the surrounding areas. Actively recruit, hire, and mentor new insurance agents, helping them build their books of business from the ground up. Foster a supportive and collaborative office culture where agents feel empowered to hit their goals. Maintain high standards of service and ethics in all client interactions and policy management. Collaborate with leadership to streamline sales processes and improve client retention rates. Participate in local community organizations to strengthen The Atlantic District's brand and reputation.
