Job Description
Front Royal, Virginia, United States (On-site) Supply Chain + Distribution Sales Operations Planning Manager iRiS Recruiting Solutions Front Royal, Virginia (Northern Virginia area) We are partnering with a growing food & beverage manufacturing organization to hire a Sales Operations Planning Manager. This is a highly visible role for someone who can connect supply chain, manufacturing, sales, procurement, and finance while serving as a strategic partner to Operations leadership. What You'll Do Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end S&OP process
Align demand, supply, production capacity, materials, and financial objectives
Monitor production performance, including planned vs. actual output, yields, order cuts, fill rates, and schedule adherence
Identify material shortages, production gaps, and operational bottlenecks and drive corrective actions
Facilitate executive S&OP meetings and provide risk assessments, trade-off analysis, and recommendations
Partner directly with Operations leadership to manage high-priority manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain initiatives
Lead cross-functional projects involving Operations, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Finance What We're Looking For 3+ years of progressive experience in S&OP, supply chain, demand/supply planning, or manufacturing operations
F&B manufacturing or CPG experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of how demand, materials, production, and customer service work together
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and drive accountability
