THE OPPORTUNITY
As an Senior Accounts Manager, you'll play a key role in developing new business and managing customer relationships across the construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. From the first conversation to project close-out, you'll serve as the client's main point of contact—delivering tailored crane, rigging, and heavy hauling solutions. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and wants to grow their career with an industry leader.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive new business development and build long-term client relationships. Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction. Partner with estimating, operations, and dispatch teams to deliver safe, cost-effective solutions. Visit job sites, assess requirements, and prepare accurate proposals. Track sales activity and project performance using CRM tools. Represent Bay Crane at client sites, industry events, and trade shows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years in sales, business development, or account management (construction, heavy equipment, or industrial services preferred). Proven success in lead generation, pipeline building, and deal closing. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to earn trust quickly. Knowledge of crane services, rigging, or heavy haul logistics a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred. Valid driver's license with ability to travel to client sites.
