Essential Planning Key Responsibilities:

Engage with individuals and families to educate them on pre-need funeral options. Conduct in-home or in-office presentations, community seminars, and follow-up appointments. Develop and maintain relationships within the community and with referral partners. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship management. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system. Serve as a caring and professional resource for families during planning conversations.

Qualifications:

Virginia Licensed Funeral Director Previous Preneed sales experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. Active Limited Lines Insurance License or willingness to obtain (if required by state). Comfortable with in-person and phone-based sales presentations. reliable
