Type:

full-time 22nd Century Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Practice Lead - DHS to drive growth within our Department of Homeland Security portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong DHS relationships, proven federal business development experience, and the ability to identify, shape, capture, and grow strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead DHS account growth and business development efforts. Build and maintain relationships with DHS clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Identify and support capture of new federal opportunities. Work with internal teams on strategy, proposals, teaming, and delivery support. Provide market insight and help expand the DHS pipeline.

Preferred Experience:

Proven experience supporting DHS accounts. Strong understanding of DHS missions, priorities, and acquisition processes. Experience in federal IT, staffing, cybersecurity, cloud, or mission support services. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
